TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While we make every effort to represent our jewellery accurately, due to the natural qualities of the materials used in our designs, some variations in colour or shape may occur. Unfortunately Lucy With Diamonds cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance of colour/hue of the jewellery due to the computer equipment or software used by our customers.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server and/or Paypal. No credit card details are stored on our database. All deposits paid with respect to placing an order are non-refundable.
DELIVERY, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
All pieces ordered from the website are handcrafted to order and prioritised by order of wedding date. If you require your accessories in less than 4 weeks, or at very short notice, please purchase your desired items and then contact Lucy directly to arrange swift delivery. Items are gift wrapped in beautiful packaging and sent by Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery (insured up to the value of 500 pounds.)
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We offer a simple 7 days Return Policy. Full refund will be given provided that the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and prior to your wedding date. This return must be previously arranged with us, either by telephone or email, in order for it to be valid. Please email email@example.com
If you wish to return items after the 7 day period, refunds and exchanges will be offered at our discretion within 30 days.
Orders placed and confirmed by deposit can be cancelled in writing providing no work has commenced on the piece. Deposits are non-refundable. If work has commenced prior to notice of cancellation, the full payment becomes due. Exchanges can be offered at our discretion. This does not affect you Statutory Rights. Lucy With Diamonds is not liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control.
