Ordering a bespoke piece of jewellery can be a daunting prospect, but hopefully with my personal service I can make the experience enjoyable and as clear as possible. You can contact me throughout the whole process and I will send progress photos and updates if required - some people prefer a surprise! 

~ The process begins with the design. If the commission is wedding related for example, I will ask lots of questions about the day, your dress, your hair etc and will come up with some preliminary designs and ideas for us to work on. The designs are hand drawn by me so any changes at all to the design, no matter how smalI, are no problem.

~ Please note that I can only take on a limited amount of bespoke commissions a year and I get booked up very quickly and months in advance. The sooner we can discuss your designs, budget and deadline the better. It is best to book early, around 6 months before your wedding if time allows.

~ Once the design is finalised and the budget confirmed there are two options for payment:

   ~ Option 1) Pay 50% (non refundable) deposit upon booking and the 50% balance upon completion. A timescale for completion will be advised upon design and booking.

   ~ Option 2) Pay 4 equal payments (the first 2 payments are non refundable) over 4 consecutive months. This option works well when planning a wedding commission especially. The finished piece is delivered upon receipt of the final payment.

As a guide, I am currently taking commissions with a completion date of 20/09/2017. This does not apply to all types of commissions so please do Contact Me to find out more about ordering a unique piece of jewellery from me.
